Eating Breakfast May Not Help With Weight Loss

The latest study about losing weight is telling us that breakfast may not be as important as we thought.

In the past, bypassing breakfast was declared a no-no because we would become more hungry during the day and possibly eat more than we should.

A study of 13 clinical trials found that people who ate breakfast consumed more daily calories and those who skipped the first meal weren't as hungry throughout the day as previously thought.

In conclusion, those that skipped breakfast didn't lose weight and those who had breakfast didn't gain pounds. The researchers said the study results should be taken with caution because of the length of the clinical trials.
