The New York City toddler's recent social media exchange has the internet melting! Maxwell's father, Michael D. Cisneros, posted a Facebook video of the two-year-olds greeting each other with an endearing hug and it quickly went viral. Cisneros explained this excitement is a regular occurrence for the pals.
