Did you hear about good Samaritan Chris Arias of Sacramento?According to CHP, a driver had a medical emergency yesterday morning on Twin Cities Road and ended up in the Sacramento River.Chris was nearby and jumped into the water.The man was able to get out of his sinking SUV, so Chris got him on his back and swam to shore.
