Pictures: Blake Shelton's Childhood Home Is For Sale

Shelton’s mother, Dorothy, has listed the ranch-style home on South Broadway Boulevard in Ada, Okla., for $250,000. The brick house was built in 1973 and features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

According to the listing from Mary Terry & Associates Real Estate, the home’s amenities include a custom rustic great room, formal living room with fireplace, kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast area. There’s also a spacious back patio for entertaining.

It looks like it's definitely been renovated and looks pretty nice! I do think it's a little  high for the small town of Ada, Oklahoma but according to the realtor, he says it's not.

The listing agent told the following:

Listing agent Tyler Thompson notes that there’s no celebrity tax on the current list price. The family isn’t asking a premium for the Shelton pedigree, he says. “It’s a lot of house for the money, and a fair price for the area,” he says of the 3,140-square-foot, which was recently remodeled.
