Judge Frank Caprio is known for being fair and just. He’s able to see the people who come in as just regular folks who may have made a mistake and not criminals, because of this he sometimes bends the rules for what he deems extenuating circumstances.
When an extremely pregnant woman came in for a traffic violation the Judge can’t help but be distracted by her giant belly.
The Judge couldn’t help but be excited by the promise this little girl being named after him, saying Francesca is a fine name for a little girl!!
He then deems the evidence too unclear and lets this expectant mama go with a warning. What a compassionate judge!!
