The stunt is called the Black Rat Café, and it's happening at the San Francisco Dungeon.
It's a performance hall that usually focuses on events from the Gold Rush to Alcatraz, the Dungeon's Matthew Clarkson told Eater, "The bubonic plague section [of the Dungeon] got us thinking about what we could do with rats."
