This brewery in Tampa Bay is brewing Krispy Kreme Beer...I think more breweries need to test out this idea!
Hidden Springs founder Josh Garman told the Times he hopes "to get some of the glaze from the Krispy Kremes to come through," and that they'll have a "roasty, chocolatey" flavor.
At 12.5% ABV, the brews are pretty boozy compared to most beers, even for a stout. The as-yet-unnamed beer will be available on draft and in bottles at the Tampa brewery by January.
