Sad news, folks!
According to Cosmo, the CEO of Snapchat truly doesn't care that we all hate the new update LOL
Even though over 1 million people have signed a petition to reverse the update.
He says that actually only fuels the fire and confirms to him that the changes were the right thing.
He says:
"We're excited about what we're seeing so far," he said. "The best part is that even some of the complaints we're seeing reinforce the philosophy [behind the design]."
"One of the complaints we got was 'Aww...I used to feel like this celebrity was my friend, and now they don't feel like my friend anymore,'" Spiegel said. "And we're like, 'Exactly. They're not your friend.'"
Which, I guess that is a valid point!
