Krispy Kreme and Hershey's have teamed up to create the Hershey's Gold Doughnut in honor of the Winter Olympics.
According to Krispy Kreme's website, the delicious treat puts a twist on the classic glazed doughnut by adding salted caramel icing, crunchy peanuts and pieces of the new Hershey's GOLD Bar.

According to Today, this is the first new bar flavor that Hershey's has released in 22 years! With caramel and pretzel bites, the only way to make this better is to throw it on an Olympic-status doughnut.
Jackie Woodward, Chief Marketing Officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts said in a statement, "we’ve created the perfect balance between smooth and crunchy by including actual pieces of the salty sweet Hershey’s Gold bar on our Original Glazed Doughnut." YUM!
These limited edition treats will be sold at participating Krispy Kreme locations starting Thursday, February 22.
