Mr. and Mrs. Kuroki live in the rural areas of Japan.
After Mrs. Kuroki lost her sight due to complications with diabetes she struggled with depression. Mr. Kuroki decided to take matters into his own hands. He spent the next two years planting thousands of flowers so that his wife would be able to enjoy the smell of them while being outside.
