This rescue puppy was found at a dump site in Missouri.
And he is PERFECTLY healthy...the only this is....he has a tail on his forehead!
It doesn't wag or anything and he doesn't have control over it...it's just an extra tail!
He has found by Mac's Mission -- a nonprofit dog rescue that helps pups with special needs.
They named him Narwhal.
