This topic comes up every year. Kids in Florida might be getting the day after Halloween off to recover from all the fun and candy.
According to the Florida State Senator, Annette Taddeo just introduced a bill on Monday that would allow school to be closed the day after Halloween.
This of course would happen as long as Halloween doesn't fall on a Friday or a Saturday. If the bill does pass, the law would then go into effect for this upcoming year.
