This is a really sweet story of chance. A texas photgrapher taking pictures in the San Francisco Bay caught a couple walking along. She then out two and two together realizing the man was about to propose and she was right! After taking a number of photos and not wanting to spoil the moment ask twitter for help tracking them down and they found them!
