Coldplay Reveal Their Next Single 'My Universe' Will Feature BTS

When Coldplay shared the tracklist for their upcoming album Music of the Spheres, it didn't list any collaborations; however, the band just announced its next single "My Universe" will feature BTS. The track was produced by pop mastermind Max Martin (who helmed the whole project).

The song is set to drop on September 24 and will be the third offering off the album, following lead single "Higher Power" and 10-minute-long closer "Coloratura." Music of the Spheres is slated for an October 15 release and follows 2019's double album Everyday Life.

When initially announcing the album, Coldplay shared a note with fans that read: "Thank you for listening, or coming to shows, or any way we have met through music. Everyone is an alien somewhere."

See the announcement below.

Coldplay will be performing at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas this September. Fans can tune in to watch the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Festival via an exclusive livestream on The CW App and CWTV.com.
