Dia De Los Muertos is always after Halloween but this year there will be celebrations to visit this weekend....
There are a number of festivals to check out… one at Panteon at the Latino Center, another at the Washington Neighborhood Center, and a free art show at the Vida de Oro Foundation on Arden Way. Elk Grove’s is at Marketplace 99 on Sunday and Stockton’s is at the Mexican Heritage Center all weekend.
