The most recent fires in California have destroyed many homes. Greg Skeens’ log cabin was one of the houses that was surrounded by the fire but firefighters were able to put it out just as the flames reached his deck.
Unfortunately at the same time, his Australian cattle dog named Buck started chasing a coyote in the fire. Buck chased the animal that Skeens described as "three times his size" and didn't came back. Luckily, the same firefighters who saved Skeens' home saved the day again when they found Buck out in the woods and took him to animal control. Now he’s been reunited with his owner and they’re both incredibly grateful.
