Ginger Emojis, Group Facetime And More iOS 12 Features

This might be Apple's most anticipated update ever.

The tech company announced the launch of iOS 12 on Monday morning at its Worldwide Developers Conference.

Some of the additions include 157 new emojis, the introduction of group Facetime calls and a screen time tracker designed to let users know how much time they're spending on their device and on individual apps.

iOS 12 will be accessible on iPhone models 5 and newer and work on iPads as old as the Mini 2.

Other big updates like grouped notifications to easier clear lock screens, more animojis on the iPhone X, memojis, improved augmented reality experiences, a measuring app and more will go live when iOS 12 is released this fall.
