The department posted about the reward on Facebook, asking for the public's help. Police said each incident involved the victim being shot and it is still unclear if the suspect knew the individuals or selected at random. Police also the first 4 victims were Hispanic men, ranging from 21 to 54 years old. The newest victim was a 35-year old white man. Officials said men walking alone late at night or in the early morning hours were the targets of this suspect's crime. In the news conference last week, police said the attacks were not related to robberies or gang activity.
